Batik Damask
The Monarch Adinkra Symbol Scarf is generously sized and reversible, has styling versatility and made in a beautiful batik woven damask cotton. The Adinkra embroidered symbols that adorn the scarves are rooted in Ghanian traditional symbology. The scarf can be styled with our Monarch Pants and Monarch Shirt as a Matching Set.

BATIK fabrics used are unique, handmade, handprinted, 100% cotton, with a fine weave and any imperfections are intentional due to the hand-printing of this fabric.

Print and colour variation - contact us directly for specific choices. Each scarf is different and in limited edition. One side is embroidered with 6 unique symbols. All symbol placements differ.

This collection is the epitome of slow fashion- where each textile print is considered, designed and cut by hand. The collection is constructed by one master machinist and then embellished by an artisan. No two printed fabric panels are the same because of the artisanal hand dyed quality.
