Terms and Conditions

All Guillotine returns must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Provided these conditions are met, items can be returned to the Guillotine Store address within 25 days from the day goods were delivered for a full refund, credit or exchange. Clients can return their items in store or they can make use of our preferred courier partner - Courier Guy. Please note that the client is liable for the shipping fees of returned items but not for style exchanges or size exchanges. This will be organised by Guillotine free of charge.

Guillotine are unable to offer returns or credit notes on sale or promotional merchandise except in the case of a size or style exchange - stock availability permitted. 

Refunds, credits or exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality check. In the case of a credit note, a voucher code will be emailed to you within 4 days. You may use this voucher code for any future Guillotine purchase and it is valid for 12 months.

Refunds have a processing time of 5 working days and may take an additional 1-3 days to reflect in your bank account.

We reserve the right to reject returns and exchanges if terms and conditions are not met.

Guillotine are unable to accept returns and exchanges internationally due to shipping costs and custom fees.
